About the Role

Currently an opportunity exists for a Customer Service Administrator to join a fast paced, dynamic team environment as a Construction Administrator.

Joining a team of 2 Customer Service Administrators, this position will include the following:

Workflow management Onsite Companion

Schedule relevant meetings and appointments

Managing client communication through construction phase of the build

Liaise with various internal departments and external authorities

Chase up construction certificates, handover packs

Supporting Site Supervisors

What we're looking for:

Minimum 1 years experience in a similar position

Residential building industry experience or similar highly regarded

Construction industry experience preferred

Fantastic people and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast paced role
