Evoca Homes, a locally owned and well respected new home building company within the South East Queensland Region is currently looking for a Construction Administrator. This role provides a great opportunity to grow and further develop skills.

You would be joining a very high performing team that is extremely motivated and driven. As construction administrator the applicant will require the following;

Knowledge of Construction terminology and methods

Strong organizational and communication skills

Highly motivated and enthusiastic attitude

Previous experience reading house plans and a strong understanding of architectural drawings.

The day to day tasks will include but are not limited to;

Providing critical administrative support to building supervisors

Working closely with building certifiers, suppliers & trades to meet certification requirements

Preparing and organizing handover documents

Filing and allocating maintenance logs

Liaising with home owners and providing build updates
