About the Role
We’re seeking a switched-on Construction Administrator to join a collaborative team and manage the final stages of multiple residential builds. You’ll play a key role coordinating practical completions, ensuring trade compliance, and supporting internal operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone already working in construction admin — or for a property manager looking to transition out of real estate and into a Monday–Friday role with clear structure and variety.
You’ll be working closely with the Contract Administrator and Finishing Supervisor and report directly to the Operations Manager.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing practical completions across multiple live projects
Coordinating final inspections, valuations, and client handovers
Chasing certificates, compiling handover packs, and issuing final PC claims
Liaising with banks, private inspectors, and supervisors
Tracking and updating trade compliance (e.g. licences, insurances, WorkCover)
Assisting the Operations Manager with internal reporting and admin tasks
What We’re Looking For
Admin experience in construction, building, or real estate/property
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workflows
Confident communication style – you’ll deal with clients, trades, and stakeholders
Positive, energetic attitude with a team-first mindset
