About the role

Priceline Pharmacy Acland Court in St Kilda, VIC is seeking a full-time Tatts Assistant & Online Orders Coordinator to join their team. In this varied role, you will provide administrative support and coordinate online orders, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with Tatts lottery ticket sales and processing
• Coordinating the fulfilment of online orders, from receiving to dispatching
• Providing excellent customer service to both in-store and online customers
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Performing general administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Competent in using computer systems and Microsoft Office suite
• A friendly, positive and helpful attitude
