Our crew is welcoming, energetic, and all about good vibes! We’re on the lookout for the perfect Assistant Venue Manager to join the Georgia Rose family.

As Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll work closely with the Venue Manager to ensure smooth service, support the team, and deliver a standout customer experience!

Key duties:

Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team

Maintain high service standards and resolve issues

Assist with opening/closing, ordering, and rostering

Communicate clearly across all areas of the venue

About You

Minimum 1 year in a similar leadership role

Confident, calm, and professional under pressure

Excellent customer service and team leadership skills

Current RSA and full availability across a 7-day roster

Organised, reliable, and passionate about hospitality

Brings a creative, solutions-driven mindset and thrives in a venue that evolves and innovates
