About the role
As a Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of high-quality meals in our bustling kitchens at Watersedge Events located in the heart of The Rocks, NSW 2000.

This full-time role is crucial in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a wide variety of meals and dishes to the highest standard

Ensuring all food is prepared safely and hygienically in accordance with food safety regulations

Assisting in the development and testing of new menu items

Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment

Collaborating with the wider kitchen team to deliver efficient service

Providing guidance and mentorship to junior kitchen staff

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Chef. minimum 3 years

Strong working knowledge of Chef standards and best practices

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Passionate about using fresh, quality ingredients to create delicious food

Team player with a positive attitude
