A long-established, small to mid-sized insurance and restoration builder have an opportunity for a self-motivated Major Loss Site Supervisor to join their Sydney HO team.

ABOUT THE COMPANY & POSITION

Well-established in Sydney Metro and surrounding coastal and regional areas, this company have a strong on-the-road and office based support team. They specialist in a mixture of insurance repairs, remedial building and restoration projects.

The management team are easy-going, and they are looking for a reliable, consistent and self motivated individual, committed to being a valuable part of the team.

This position is Site Supervising for residential & commercial major loss insurance repair building projects projects across Sydney Metro.

It is full-time, with a mixture of on the road and office based work, and some WFH flexibility for administrative aspects.

Salary is $110,000 - $140,000 + superannuation + fully maintained vehicle (experience dependant).

ABOUT YOU

Insurance Site Supervising experience

Managed claims with a repair value between 1-3 million dollars.

10+ years building industry experience across Residential & Commercial construction.

Minimum Cert IV Building qualification, + Builder's License preferred.

Well-presented, reliable and consistent.

A self-motivated team player.

Comfortable using a tablet/computer.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Current driving license.

Proven longevity in previous positions and interested to grow with a company long-term.
