Our client is a large, well established, Tier 1 Remedial Building Company that has been specialising in Residential and Commercial Remedial Building projects, Facade Upgrade projects and Cladding Replacement projects for over 50 years working across NSW and QLD.

The Role
Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor with experience in Remedial Building and Facade Upgrade works to join their team. You will have 6 + years experience as a Site Supervisor in both Remedial Building and Facade Upgrade works - This is essential.

First Project You Will Be Running
This is a permanent role and would be reporting directly into a Project Manager and the Construction Manager. This position will start immediately on a large scale 30 Storey Residential Apartment Building completing both Remedial Building (Balcony Remediation and Reinstatement, Waterproofing, Window and Door Replacement, Concrete Spalling Repair, Balustrade Replacement) and Facade Upgrade works. The project is located in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney.

What are we looking for?

• Trade Qualification as either a - Carpenter (Preferable) or Waterproofer
• Minimum of 6 + years experience as a Remedial Building Site Supervisor running projects up to $10M +
• High level of experience and knowledge in: Balcony remediation and reinstatement, Concrete spalling repair, Balustrade upgrades, Facade upgrades, Window and Sliding door upgrades.
• High level of experience scheduling daily work for internal workers and subcontractor trades.
• Ability to identify issues and problem solve
• Ability to guide and direct subbies
• A clear confident communicator that provides regular progress updates to a Project Manager and Management
• White Card
• Ability to lead and give direction and advise
• Supervisor with a strong safety mindset
