The Opportunity You will support the coordination and delivery of a complex, high-profile project that includes:

• A luxury wellness precinct
• High-end hotel and commercial new build construction
• Complex civil and building services
• A multi-stage delivery timeline spanning up to 5 years

Your role will involve overseeing and coordinating both design and construction phases, liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of every element of this visionary development.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 4 years of experience in project management or construction
• Exposure to large-scale building projects, particularly with design and delivery involvement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to represent the Developer professionally with contractors, consultants, architects,
• A strong team mindset, attention to detail, and a positive, proactive attitude and a problem solving mind
