You’ll join a builder in expansion mode after a record year. Their new office space is taking shape, projects are locked in, and they’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to join the team. You’ll have access to strong internal support and a leadership team that’s invested in your development.

Expect variety and hands-on experience. Projects span across commercial new builds and fit-outs up to $10 million, and the starting point depends on what you’ve done before. You’ll be backed by capable project coordinators, mentored by directors, and exposed to a pipeline of work driven by long-term relationships. Most of their projects come through referrals, not open tenders.

The business splits delivery between fit-outs and new builds, with fit-outs making up around 35% of the current workload. The directors bring over 50 years of combined experience and know how to keep teams aligned. They foster a culture of recognition, progression, and consistency. Catch-ups, training, annual reviews, and a genuine sense of team.

To be considered, you’ll need at least 5 years of experience in commercial construction, either in a Junior PM role already or as a CA or similar, ready to step up. You’ll also need a Diploma or Degree in Construction Management and a stable track record in the industry.

Salary is up to $150k, including super.
