Our client is a leading construction company who has been in the industry for close to 10 years. They specialise in luxury residential and commercial projects up to $70 mil and very respected in what they do. They have repeat clients and have created a name for themselves within that space. They are currently looking for a Project Manager for a project in the Eastern Suburbs.

Project Manager
Reporting to the Construction Manager the Project Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of a new luxury residential project worth $70M. Working closely with a close knit and highly resourced team you will mentor and drive the project successfully.

About You
Successful candidates for this role will have a proven track record in the delivery of commercial/ residential projects over $20 mil.

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction/project Management, Engineering or trade background.
• Will have proven experience completing multiple projects start to completion
• 7+ years professional experience working in a project manager role on large-scale developments.
• Exposure to delivering projects in live environments will be highly regarded.
• High attention to detail, strong with project governance, reporting & programming.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Have a positive can do attitude and be a team player.
