About the Role

ECI Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager ideally with a strong background in within the residential or commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a history of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will commence in head working with the ECI Manager, supporting Tenders and ECI processes, before transitioning to site delivery once a project is secured.

Delivery Project Manager
We are seeking experienced Project Manager with project engineer background to deliver a $300M residential development responsible for design, client management. You will work under an experienced Project Director that is a great leader and will give you 100% support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for residential and commercial developments
• Develop and manage detailed project programs, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate across key stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Proactively identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, building codes, and safety requirements
• Mentor and manage a high-performing project team, promoting a collaborative culture
• Provide clear and timely reporting to senior leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
• Proven experience managing construction projects valued at $100m +
• Demonstrated experience in the residential and commercial sectors
• Minimum 7 years' experience delivering major construction projects
• Strong commercial acumen with deep knowledge of construction methodologies and project controls
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure environments
• Proficiency in construction software and project management tools
