About the role

We are seeking experienced Duty Managers to join our team.

As Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our venue, particularly the Main Bar, providing exceptional customer service and leading a talented team of hospitality professionals.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the daily operations of the main bar, including opening and closing of the venue

Driving food & beverage sales to achieve the set KPIs

Manage and coordinate staff schedules and tasks to ensure seamless service delivery

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Monitor and maintain venue standards, policies, and procedures

Provide leadership and training to support to the team

Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive business growth

What we're looking for

A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Duty Manager or similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry

Strong operational and customer service skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Proficient in the use of software and technology

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
