About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to support the operational GMs of this diverse division. Working within the commercial team, you will be supported by like-minded, performance focussed analysts who,, along with yourself, will be leading the overhaul of the weekly sales reporting, the insights and commercial analysis on a monthly basis which will directly influence future initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead financial modelling, contract analysis, and commercial assessments.

· Partner with sales, procurement, and supply chain teams to drive profitability.

· Deliver insightful performance reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.

· Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

· Further developing the partnering model for the non-finance stakeholders in the business

About You:

· A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CPA/CA/CFA preferred).

· 5+ years' experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business analysis.

· Advanced Excel and Power BI essential

· Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills.

· Experience in operational businesses that are project or contract driven

· Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
