The business:
Our client is a highly successful construction business based in the Springfield area. They are a national business who have undergone considerable growth & have backing from a global organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly reporting, including working capital, SG&A and balance sheet review
• Review reconciliations, intercompany transactions and ensure reporting integrity
• Lead BAS preparation and manage group level compliance
• Coach and develop a small team, reviewing outputs and providing technical guidance
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline internal processes

About You:

• A Qualified Accountant, with a preference for a CA qualification from an audit background
• Exposure to internal controls, compliance or SOX environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Confident communicator with clear written skills and stakeholder presence
• Practical team leader who enjoys developing others and improving processes
