THE ROLE

Working alongside 2 Partners in a high-calibre team of 10 staff. You will be directly mentored by one of the firms senior partners. This hybrid compliance and advisory role will see you managing a portfolio of clients, while expanding your exposure to specialist tax and transaction work.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing compliance and tax advisory for a portfolio of health, medical, and private business clients.

Working on transaction assignments including succession planning, buy/sell structuring, valuations, and industry benchmarking.

Research and preparation of technical tax advice for private groups and corporates.

Client relationship management and strategic advisory delivery.

Mentoring and reviewing work of junior accountants.

YOU

Multiple years’ experience in Business Services / Tax

CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)

A strong interest in specialist tax advisory and transactions

Experience in managing and developing other professionals

Outstanding interpersonal, client management, and leadership skills
