We are currently seeking a dedicated Internal Accounts Administrator to join a fast-paced and friendly team in Brisbane. Key Responsibilities:

• Handling internal professional fees, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Confirming and sending fees in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with colleagues to manage inboxes and office tasks.
• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with Xero is essential, as it will be the primary program used for managing fees.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A proactive approach to learning and assisting other team members.
• Flexibility in working hours, with the ability to accommodate school hours.
