We are looking for experienced, values-driven leaders to support and guide our Christmas Experience teams across multiple locations.
The offer:
As a Multi-Site Activation Leader in the Northern Melbourne Region, you play a pivotal role in making our vision of creating magical Santa experiences come to life — not just in one location, but across a region.
You will mentor leaders, solve problems, ensure consistency, and bring our company values to life in every interaction — with customers, team members, and shopping centre partners on a seasonal contract from August through to December, throughout the Christmas campaign period.
In a creative, high-energy environment where your contribution is recognised – and where fun and purpose go hand in hand – you will be supported to lead with a people-first mindset, helping us create lasting magical memories for every Santa visitor.
What You’ll Do:
· Lead and support a group of Christmas Experience Leads and their on-set teams
· Ensure each location is delivering an exceptional, high-quality Santa experience
· Coach and develop team leaders to manage people, performance, and set operations
· Oversee photography standards, retail presentation, and sales performance
· Be the go-to for operational support, escalations, and Centre relationship management
· Monitor staffing, rosters, compliance, and performance targets across your region
· Live and lead by our values — and help others do the same
Your skills:
You may have experience in customer service, retail, events or hospitality – but what matters most is your drive, attitude, and cultural fit. We’re especially looking for:
· A strong communicator who is a natural leader – you mentor, develop, and inspire others to step up
· You may have experience across multi-site retail, events, or hospitality
· You thrive in fast-moving, people-focused environments with the ability to multitask while staying calm under pressure.
· You are obsessed with quality and consistency – from photo standards to service delivery ensuring every interaction reflects our attention to detail.
· You are confident making decisions, solving problems, and building strong relationships, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organisational goals
· You love working with seasonal teams and understand how to lift morale and manage energy
· You will align deeply with our values and care about more than just the bottom line
