The Role

This initial 3 month assignmnent is ideal for a dynamic and experienced professional who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments, with a proven ability to solve problems quickly and lead from the front.

Duties include:

• Oversee and manage all site-based production operations to meet output targets
• Provide strong leadership and direction to cross-functional teams
• Identify and resolve operational issues swiftly to minimise downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Drive daily performance, implement improvements, and maintain workflow efficiency
• Liaise with senior leadership to report progress and recommend solutions

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in FMCG manufacturing leadership roles
• Proven track record of managing teams in a high-speed production environment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Available for an immediate start and ready to make an impact from day one
