Your new role

As a Business Services Manager, you will lead a team of talented accountants, overseeing the delivery of compliance and high-level advisory services. You'll work closely with a broad range of clients, providing strategic insights and tailored solutions to help them grow and succeed. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and mentoring a team of accountants.
• Reviewing complex tax and compliance work.
• Delivering high-level business and tax advisory services.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Contributing to the firm's leadership and growth initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

CA/CPA qualification with at least 5 years' experience in Business Services within public practice including as Manager.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong technical knowledge in tax, compliance, and advisory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, client-focused mindset and a passion for delivering value.
