About the role
Join a dynamic digital transformation team as a Process and Forms Automation Analyst, where you will drive efficiency and service innovation through smart automation.
In this role, you will analyse, design, and deliver process automation solutions that streamline workflows and enhance business performance, using leading automation platforms like UiPath and Automation Anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, design, and implement automation solutions to optimise workflows
• Analyse existing processes and recommend data-driven improvements
• Build RPA workflows using industry-standard tools
• Document process flows, business requirements, and test plans

Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Certified in RPA tools (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
• Proven experience in automation or process improvement
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Government sector experience will be plus
