We’re a proud family-run transport business that’s been part of the local community for years. We look after our people (and each other), and we’re on the lookout for a friendly, detail-loving Admin Assistant who can wrangle payroll, keep the office wheels in motion for our small but mighty team.
Role Highlights:
General office duties including supporting our Warehouse Team with admin tasks
Payroll for 25 employees including revision of Timesheets
Fleet Management including GPS tracking & maintenance.
Invoicing using our MYOB system
Using Transversal – our Transportation Management System that manages the consignment processes
Data entry using Spreadsheets – if you love neat columns, you’ll fit right in!
What you’ll need to succeed:
Experience in Office Administration
Confident using Microsoft Office & Outlook
Strong Microsoft Excel skills – we use it a lot, so comfort in formulas is key
A knack for Accounts
Payroll experience – is a must.
Attention to detail for our Data Entry
A sense of humour (and a love of snacks won’t hurt either)
