About the Centre:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead a well-established and high-capacity early childhood education service. Your Role:
As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall operations and leadership of the centre. You’ll ensure the delivery of high-quality programs, build meaningful relationships with families, support and mentor your team, and work closely with your operations support contact to continue strengthening the centre’s culture and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families, children, and educators.
• Mentor, support and manage a team of passionate early childhood professionals.
• Drive occupancy growth and lead enrolment strategies.
• Oversee budgeting, rosters, and centre administration.
• Collaborate with your operations support manager to implement effective centre-wide strategies.

Who You Are:

• A qualified Diploma-level educator (or higher).
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor.
• Proven success managing large, high-capacity early learning centres—ideally within a corporate or structured provider setting.
• Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and compliance frameworks.
• Flexible, collaborative, and direct leadership style with a focus on mentorship and accountability.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to building a positive team culture.
