An opportunity is available for an experienced C-Suite EA looking for their next opportunity to support the CEO. This company is a well-established financial services company and are true leaders within their field.

You must have the ability to build relationships with high level stakeholders (internal/external) and manage top-level EA tasks including;

• Complex inbox/calendar management/ travel
• Actioning, filtering, prioritising and filling emails as required including identifying emails requiring urgent action and escalation to the CEO as required
• Invoice reconciliation
• Assist with board reporting/ minute taking
• Formatting and drafting correspondence
• Manage agenda/minutes
• Managing highly confidential information
• Event management
• Meeting management

To be successful in this role, you will have;

• Previous EA experience within a financial or professional services environment
• Clear communication with high-level internal/external stakeholder management experience
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and proactive nature
• Advanced ability in MS Office and be a quick learner of processes and systems
