About the role
You will be joining a team of dedicated Fundraisers who work on behalf of Charity causes close to their hearts. We are on the search for sales and KPI driven individuals, who get a buzz out of closing a deal through the art of conversation and effective and ethical objection handling. You will be talking to members of the public using an approved script, your ability to adapt to your audience, and successfully pitch the invaluable importance of regular giving, and donating to the cause, will be the key to success!

We pay an hourly wage of $32.25 plus Bonus!

Able to confidently speak over the phone and comfortable asking for money

Weekly pay cycle - Tuesdays

Amazing office location! Melbourne CBD, Queens St, close to public transport

Offering up to 38 hours per week, pending performance a reliability

Must be able to commit to FT Training in first 2 weeks. Mon-Thurs 10-4pm Friday 9-5pm in first week, Mon-Friday 9-5pm in second week. After training period is completed shift flexibility in hours is offered for the right candidate
