As an integrated security provider, our business includes security and CCTV installation & support, 24/7 security monitoring, alarm responses, patrols and guarding. Managed from our head office in Ballarat, our business is dynamic and fast paced.

Having completed a major systems and process upgrade, our business is entering a new and exciting phase of growth.

Customer-facing (frontline) roles are critical to our business, which is why we are looking for an outstanding Call Centre Operator/Reception to join our team.

This part time role is ideal for candidates with strong communications and computer skills looking for interesting work and flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:
As our Call Centre Operator/Reception your primary responsibilities will include:

· Promptly answering and/or redirecting calls across several departments within the business.

· Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers, suppliers, stakeholders and staff.

· Taking accurate notes, data input and data management

What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

· Strong call centre / receptionist skills and no less that 2-years relevant experience.

· A demonstrated track record of providing excellent customer service and the ability to work under pressure.

· Articulate (both written and verbal skills) and a genuine “people person”

· You will be highly computer literate with proven experience working with data base programs.
