Talent International is searching for an experienced Organisational Change Manager to join our government client based in Brisbane CBD on an initial 7-month contract, with likely extensions.

The Role:
This is a key opportunity to drive people-focused change across complex ICT projects within a statewide justice transformation program. You will be part of a significant digital uplift initiative, helping deliver strategic changes that improve the delivery of legal and court services to the community.

Responsibilities:

• Lead change management planning and execution to support ICT transformation across court and legal operations
• Develop change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and business readiness frameworks
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders and program teams on best-practice change approaches
• Support transition activities, training coordination, and implementation during project hypercare phases
• Deliver high-quality change artefacts and knowledge transfer initiatives to build internal change capability

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering organisational change on complex ICT or digital programs
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including working with senior leadership
• Demonstrated ability to influence, manage resistance, and support cultural change across diverse stakeholder groups
• Experience within government, justice, or legal sectors (highly regarded)
• Formal change management qualifications (e.g. PROSCI) and knowledge of structured methodologies are desirable
