As the CMS Technical Change Lead, you will:

• Manage, and enhance the qld.gov.au instance of Squiz to the new Squiz DXP, and guide the implementation of the Queensland Government Design System to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Gather business and customer requirements, develop customer propositions, and create detailed user requirement documents.
• Lead the development and implementation of online enhancement projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Build strong relationships with industry providers to stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with the customer insight team to define and monitor performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement of the platform.
• Influence and negotiate with stakeholders to gain agreement on project deliverables and drive successful outcomes.
• Foster a learning culture by mentoring staff and promoting best practices in project delivery.
• Represent Digital Customer's professional and innovative culture across government and industry networks.

To thrive in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

• A strong understanding of digital channels and experience leading change in large, complex organisations.
• Experience working with Squiz Matrix CMS and / or Squiz DXP
• High-level business acumen and the ability to develop and execute customer research strategies.
• Proven experience in defining customer and brand propositions, developing user requirement documents, and managing digital projects.
• Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and communication skills to engage with stakeholders of varying technical expertise.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build and sustain effective relationships with staff, stakeholders, and networks.
• A commitment to fostering a positive team culture and supporting others to achieve organisational outcomes.
