About the Role

As our Estimator, you’ll work directly alongside our Draftsperson and internal departments to prepare accurate building estimates and ensure smooth project handovers. You’ll be key in driving the financial accuracy behind our builds, with access to strong systems and support.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates and BOQs

Liaise closely with our in-house Draftsperson to align designs and budgets

Review plans, engineering, and documentation for compliance and efficiency

Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing

Use Databuild to manage costings and create project budgets

Assist with pricing variations and cost-saving initiatives

What You’ll Bring
