A leading national supplier of windows and doors in the aluminium industry is seeking a capable and driven Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join their Canberra team. With a strong focus on delivering quality aluminium systems and components to the commercial and residential sectors, the business prides itself on its innovation, service, and long-standing relationships across the industry.

Role Description
Reporting directly to the Canberra Branch Manager, this position is suited to a well-rounded, professional individual who thrives in both customer-facing and operational roles. The Sales & Logistics Coordinator is a dual-function role, ideal for someone with a background in supervising teams across sales and warehousing, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
The ideal candidate will bring energy, initiative, and a proactive approach to internal sales and logistics, acting as a critical liaison between customers, warehouse staff, and management.
My client is looking for a candidate with exposure to windows & door systems along with eagerness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily internal sales enquiries, quotations, and order processing
Oversee logistics operations including truck schedules, dispatch, and inventory coordination
Provide leadership and direction to warehouse and delivery staff to ensure efficient, safe operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with trade and commercial clients
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate communication
Support the branch manager with operational planning and staff supervision
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across sales and logistics functions
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply teams to meet customer demand
Uphold workplace health & safety standards and compliance across the warehouse
Salary and Benefits
Base $70k - $75k | Super 11.5%
