Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Insulation and Electrical Work Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a weapon in Simpro & ServiceM8 or be willing to learn, excel in customer service, possess strong organisational skills, and demonstrate proficiency in coordinating various projects and tasks.

Respond promptly to new inquiries, providing detailed information, and addressing inquiries.

Generate purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of materials.

Prepare and send quotes, following up diligently to secure business.

Efficiently coordinate and schedule site inspections and appointments.

Assist with invoicing and support finance-related tasks.

Update pre-builds and work orders to ensure accurate project tracking.

Collaborate effectively within a team and demonstrate the ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

Experience with Simpro, Servicem8, and Xero is strongly desirable (not essential).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in sales, construction trade, and electrical knowledge is highly desirable.

Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
