The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to be a key support across a fast-paced, high-performing real estate sales team. You’ll be essential in keeping campaigns running smoothly, providing structure behind the scenes, and helping create standout experiences for both clients and agents—within a culture driven by trust, energy, and excellence.

The Role

This is a hands-on, detail-focused role supporting the sales team and enhancing client communication. You’ll work closely with agents, manage critical admin from listing to settlement, and play a key role in maintaining our CRM and trust processes with precision and care.

• Reports directly to our Financial Controller

• Works primarily with the Sales team and wider office staff

• Manages sales admin, CRM accuracy, and campaign coordination

• Supports agent correspondence, documentation, and trust compliance

The ideal Person

You’re organised, proactive, and looking to grow in a fast-moving, supportive workplace. With some experience in admin or customer-facing roles, you’re confident using systems, have a great eye for detail, and enjoy working with a mix of different personalities. You communicate well, take initiative, and thrive in a team that values clear processes, good energy, and ongoing learning.

• Previous experience in admin or customer service

• Naturally warm communicator with strong people skills

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and learning new systems

• Excited to build your skills and grow with the team

Salary / Rate

• $70k + super
