About the Role

As Vince Pinneri’s PA, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, allowing Vince to focus on listings, sales, and building relationships. You’ll be the go-to person for behind-the-scenes support, from admin to marketing to client care. This role is a full time position, including Saturday and evening work as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

Manage Vince’s calendar, appointments, and emails

Prepare property listing paperwork

Organise keys, access codes, and signboards

Coordinate and facilitate pre bookings and inspections

Client & Communication Management

Maintain regular communication with buyers, vendors, and prospective clients

Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally

Schedule and facilitate buyer inspections, open homes, and private appointments

Deliver exceptional client care throughout the entire sales process

Marketing & Promotion

Coordinate professional photography, copywriting, floorplans, and staging

Assist in preparing and launching online listings on major real estate portals

Organise printed materials: brochures, DL flyers, signboards, etc.

General Duties

Attend open inspections and auctions when required

Provide on-the-ground support during property launches and events

Manage errands and ad-hoc tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a real estate or an eagerness to commence a real estate career is highly desirable

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Agentbox)

A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle is a requirement

Currently registered in the ACT as a real estate representative, or willing to complete the required compliance and training to meet this

A professional, can-do attitude and a commitment to customer service
