We are currently seeking an experienced and fantastic Centre Manager to lead the team at our flagship Early Education service in North Ryde!

Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:
- Confident leading innovative programming and implementing contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills paired with professional resilience
- Exposure to and/or experience with the RIE approach with motivation to actively embed and model this in practice
- Committed to building positive, inclusive relationships with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community
- Enthusiastic, dedicated, and reliable professional, relentless in pursuing excellence for children and eager to grow with the service.
Essential Criteria:
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Solid understanding of contemporary child safe practices
- Recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree, or working towards, otherwise must hold an ACECQA approved Diploma qualification
- Available as soon as possible for full-time work, 5 days a week, all hours the service is operational, with the ability to be flexible as required
- Significant Centre Manager experience or a combination of Centre Manager and strong senior leadership experience in an Early Childhood setting
- Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates, as well as Child Protection training, specifically CHCPRT025 - 'Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk' (or willing to obtain/renew).
