Explorers Learning Academy is seeking experienced Early Childhood Educators with a Certificate III or Diploma qualification to join our team in Mittagong, NSW. This is a full-time role focused on providing high-quality early childhood education and care to the children in our centre.

What you'll be doing

Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for children

Ensuring the safety, health and wellbeing of all children in your care

Building positive relationships with children, families and the broader community

Adhering to all relevant early childhood education regulations and centre policies

Participating in training and professional development opportunities

Assisting with daily routines and centre operations as needed

What we're looking for

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Demonstrated experience working in a similar early childhood education role

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team

First aid qualification and current working with children check

Operating hours are from 7am-6pm Monday to Friday
