About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a driven and detail-oriented Automatic Gate Sales Estimator to join our team in Meadowbrook, QLD.

This is more than just a numbers role — it’s about understanding client needs, collaborating with our delivery teams, and producing estimates that are technically accurate, commercially smart, and aesthetically aligned with each project.

You'll work closely with our Sales & Marketing Manager, Operations Team, and valued clients.

What You'll Be Doing

Prepare detailed and accurate estimates and proposals for custom automatic gate projects

Support the sales team to hit (and beat) company revenue targets

Interpret site plans and specifications; conduct site inspections when needed

Liaise with engineers, fabricators, installers, and suppliers

Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders from quote through to project handover

Stay sharp on market trends and competitor pricing to maintain our edge

What You Bring

2+ years’ experience in estimating (ideally in gates, doors, construction, or automation)

Proficiency in estimating software and reading technical drawings

Strong interpersonal skills — you’re confident, credible, and collaborative

Trade qualification in electrical, engineering, or construction (preferred)
