The Company

This builder is one of the longest standing highly regarded project and custom home builder in Brisbane. In the New Home building industry delivering beautiful projects ranging anywhere from 500k up to $1mil and above. They have been established over 30 years and are an industry leader.

The Position

Currently on offer is a Senior Sales Estimator position within this company's close knit estimating department. Responsibilities will include however not be limited to:

Preparation of sales estimates from tender to finalisation

Ensure all tenders, contracts and variations are accurately completed

Investigate and resolve issues to produce price quotations

Working closely with sales team

The Successful Candidate

Ideally we are seeking the following

Minimum 4 years residential estimating experience

Experience with custom housing or architectural home projects advantageous

Experience with Databauild preferred however not essential

An ability to work with volume and in a team

Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication

Excellent attention to detail
