Building Maintenance Officer
Level 5 - $115,619.99 per annum* + 9-Day Fortnight Roster

The Role

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Building Maintenance Officer to help maintain and enhance the Town's diverse building portfolio-including public amenities, recreation centres, and staff housing.

Working closely with the Coordinator Property Management, you'll play a key role in ensuring our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained for the community.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong background in building, construction, or maintenance
  • The ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills-both written and verbal

Enjoy the perks of a 9-day fortnight roster with the added bonus of accruing a Regular Day Off on either a Friday or Monday every fortnight.

Work Related Requirements

The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:

  • EWP (High Risk Licence) - Desirable but not essential
  • Trade or equivalent qualification in a relevant building field
  • White Card
  • National Police Clearance
  • Current 'C' class drivers license
  • Rights to work in Australia
