Job description:

Machine Operator - Surface mount (SMT) Pick and Place

We are a well-established, high quality Electronics manufacturing Company located in Caringbah, South of Sydney.

We seek a skilled and motivated machine operator that is hard working with an eye for details, can work unsupervised, and have an understanding of the need to meet production scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating machine programs from CAD files

Loading/unloading and setting up of SMT pick and place machine

Cross checking of bill of materials and machine data

Role essentials:

Good written and spoken English language skills

Computer literacy, CAD, Excel & windows-based software.

Attention to detail, Quality and Safety focused

Punctual & reliable

Work well in a team environment, and have a strong individual work ethic

Applicants must be Australian residency to apply for this position.

Not essential but desired skills:

Electronic Component packages and PCB footprint understanding

Past or current accreditation to IPC-A-610.
