As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating Die Cutting machines, as well as finishing and slitting equipment. To succeed you will have exceptional attention to detail to ensure consistent quality throughout the job. As part of a small but growing team, you will be adaptable and mechanically minded, capable of troubleshooting machine issues. More specifically your duties will include the following:

Reading and understanding job specs.

Safely operate relevant label converting machinery.

Troubleshoot operator issues.

Apply principles of quality control.

Undertake operator maintenance.

To be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate the following essential criteria:

Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Basic computer literacy.

Mechanically minded.

Ability to follow instructions.

Punctual / Reliable.

Good work ethics.

Good communication skills.

Good time management and prioritizing skills.

Ability to work part of an established team.

Two Positions Available:

Permanent full-time Day Shift role.

Casual Dayshift role.
