Job Overview:
As a Factory Team Member / Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in the production process by operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will work closely with a dynamic team to meet production goals and uphold high standards for safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operation.

Set up machines for production runs and make adjustments as needed.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machines to ensure continuous operation.

Inspect products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards and specifications.

Ensure proper handling and packaging of products for shipment.

Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.

Assist with inventory control by ensuring materials and products are properly stored and accounted for.

Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and improve processes.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

Follow company guidelines and procedures for machine operation and safety.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred, but we are primarily looking for the right person who is keen to learn new skills.

Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.

Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.

Basic math and computer skills for inventory and production tasks.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.

Forklift license is desirable.
