Accounts Receivable Officer – $38/hr + Super | Knoxfield VIC
3-Month Contract with View to Permanency | Immediate Start | 5 Days/Week

We’re hiring an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer for an immediate start with one of our trusted clients based in Knoxfield, Melbourne. This is a full-time, 3-month contract with the potential to go permanent for the right person. You’ll be working on-site Monday to Friday in a supportive finance team.

Rate: $38 per hour + Super
Start: ASAP
Location: Knoxfield, VIC
System: Greentree ERP (experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Entering payments received and reconciling to the remittance advice
• Performing daily invoicing and issuing weekly/monthly statements
• Chasing outstanding accounts with a professional phone/email approach
• Setting up customer portals and managing Return Authorities/Credit Notes
• Handling inbound calls and internal stakeholder queries
• Supporting the finance team with ad hoc administrative and AR tasks

You’ll Need To Have:

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Confident handling of large-value remittance payments
• Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP)
• Professional and pleasant phone/email manner
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Previous experience using Greentree ERP is a big plus
