Vic Air Supplies is a leading supplier of heating, cooling, ventilation and sheetmetal products to the domestic & commercial industry. We require an experienced Accounts Receivable person to step into a position for three months.
Located in Keilor Park
Supportive environment
Three days a week
Commencing mid-July 2025
The successful applicant will need to have a confident telephone manner.
Role Requirements
Accounts Receivable duties:
Credit Control activities for overdue accounts
Allocating payments
Managing Accounts Receivable inbox, attending to all related queries
Attending to copy invoice requests and processing of credit notes
Client account reconciliations
Client relationship management
Report generation including monthly statements and reminder notices
