CQUniversity is seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our Brisbane campus as a Coordinator – Student and Campus Experience. In this pivotal role, you will be on-campus leading a passionate team to deliver high-quality student support services, engaging campus events and seamless day-to-day operations that enhance the university experience.
You will play a key part in developing strong relationships with students, staff and external stakeholders, supporting major events such as orientation and graduation, and overseeing service delivery that fosters a welcoming, inclusive campus culture. You’ll also manage budgets, lead operational initiatives and ensure the campus runs efficiently and safely.
Your excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills will shine as you coordinate diverse activities, support your team’s development and contribute to continuous improvement across student services and campus life. Position Requirements
Relevant degree with at least four years' experience, or an equivalent combination of education and extensive administrative or technical expertise.
Strong event and project management skills, with experience coordinating large-scale student events both in-person and online.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, database systems and corporate IT platforms, with excellent digital literacy.
Demonstrated financial management experience, including budget oversight and supplier negotiations.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.
