As an Indigenous Student Advising Specialist, you'll play a central role in supporting students from their first enquiry through to graduation. Your expertise will help create culturally responsive, welcoming and empowering experiences for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
We are seeking a strong communicator with a passion for student success to join our high-performing Student Service SPOT team. You’ll provide proactive support through phone, online and face-to-face channels, offering solutions-focused guidance every step of the student journey.

Position Requirements
Excellent customer service skills and an understanding of the needs of a culturally diverse community.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and learning.
Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the use of information systems, Microsoft software and customer relationship management systems.
