This newly formed role is part of this Cyber-Security company's HUGE growth plans for 2025 - we're looking for new business developers to aid in the next phase of this successful teams growth!

The Business:

This leading Australian Software company provides businesses with access to innovative tools assisting with their overall data and cyber security - their solutions are sought after by Australia's biggest names in banking, legal, accounting, real estate and government across 180 countries.

Having experienced record years for sales, the business is gearing up expand their product offering & invest heavily in the sales team.

The Opportunity:

This is a 360, B2B business development position - you'll be provided with all of the training and tools to hunt for new business, demonstrate the unique offering, and close those sales.

You'll be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business, as well as driving growth across strategic accounts across the APAC region.

There's lots of opportunity to grow here, with personal development opportunities and mentorship from the highly successful team Sales Manager directly - BDM's here have progressed into senior sales positions within 18 months!

What the Role will Look Like:

  • Prospecting and acquiring new business via outbound phone calls, emails, LinkedIn etc.
  • Booking yourself demos with prospects on a daily basis (online and face to face)
  • Conducting detailed discovery to qualify in order to propose appropriate solutions
  • Utilisation of Salesforce CRM to manage activity and accurately forecast (previous experience with salesforce is handy!)
  • Ability to work autonomously to a regular cadence of calls and meeting sales activity
  • Achieving revenue targets across new business and account growth

The Offering:

$100,000-$120,000 base + Superannuation
OTE of $160,000-$200,000

What we're looking for:

Minimum of 2 years experience hunting new business and completing the full sales-cycle to closure within either the SaaS space or financial services - essential.

An understanding of investment banking, fundraising, mergers and acquisitions - strongly beneficial.

Well presented & professional, with strong communication & a proven track record in a sales environment.
