We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive new business sales of our Microlise Telematics & Delivery Management Solution to SMEs and Enterprise prospects. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing deals with prospective customers. By utilising the MEDDPICC sales methodology, you will ensure a structured, value-driven approach to sales, driving predictable revenue growth.

What you will be doing:

Identify and qualify SME and Enterprise prospects that will benefit from Microlise’s delivery management solutions.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new customers.

Conduct in-depth discovery sessions using MEDDPICC to uncover customer needs and pain points.

Present tailored solutions that align with customer requirements and demonstrate strong ROI.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation, following up marketing generated leads to closing deals and onboarding new customers.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and presales, to drive customer engagement.

Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce CRM.

Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.

What we are looking for:

Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally selling SaaS or logistics/transport technology solutions to SMEs.

Strong understanding and practical application of the MEDDPICC (or similar) sales methodology.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a hunter mindset.

Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Experience using Salesforce CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.

Passion for technology and how it can transform business operations.

Experience in logistics, fleet management, or supply chain industries.

A network of SME and Enterprise contacts within relevant sectors.
