The Opportunity
As a Senior Salesforce Architect, you'll lead the technical direction for complex Salesforce implementations across diverse client engagements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, future-proof solutions that align with business objectives and maximise the Salesforce platform's capabilities.
This role offers the perfect blend of technical leadership, strategic consulting, and hands-on solution design in a dynamic environment where no two projects are the same.

What You'll Do:

• Design comprehensive Salesforce solutions that address complex business requirements
• Create and maintain technical architecture documentation, including system diagrams, data models, and integration patterns
• Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to understand requirements and constraints
• Develop governance frameworks and technical standards for Salesforce implementations
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to development teams
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate Salesforce products and third-party solutions
• Design secure, scalable integration strategies between Salesforce and external systems
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders and technical teams
• Stay at the forefront of Salesforce platform capabilities and industry trends

What You'll Bring

• SalesCloud
• ServiceCloud
• ExperienceCloud, etc.

• 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce implementation with extensive consulting background
• Deep technical expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across multiple industries
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, data architecture, and platform limitations
• Experience with integration patterns, APIs, and middleware solutions
• Knowledge of development best practices, including version control and deployment strategies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Experience mentoring developers and business analysts
• Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect etc.)

Desirable Experience

• Experience with Salesforce DX and modern development frameworks
• Knowledge of emerging Salesforce technologies and products
• Experience with complex data migration strategies
• Background in implementing DevOps practices for Salesforce
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks
