Due to this they are seeking a hands-on People Experience Manager with a strong HR Generalist skill-set to join the team, and enable strong foundations and workforce support! The team are lean but highly committed, and you will have the support you need to hit the ground running. The Leaders

Working closely with a People & Culture Business Partner, Manager, CPO and TA Lead – you will be a part of a small and mighty team of innovators excited to establish an excellent HR foundation for this organisation.

The Opportunity

This full-time contract will run from June/July through to the end of 2025 and requires a confident HR professional who can hit the ground running. You’ll bring together your operational know-how and strategic mindset to support key projects across culture, performance, ER, and systems implementation – with a particular focus on preparing and supporting the delivery of a new HRIS.

Specifically you will:

• Drive the implementation of core People & Culture initiatives that align with business goals
• Lead project activities across employment relations, remuneration reviews, workforce engagement, and policy improvement
• Support the design and rollout of a new HRIS – from data preparation to testing and training
• Partner with senior leaders to advise on performance frameworks, internal communication, and grievance management
• Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies while supporting a values-driven workforce

About You

We’re looking for an immediately available People & Culture Business Partner, Manager or Generalist with proven success in a dynamic, mid-sized organisation. You’ll bring a strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and sound judgement in handling ER matters and ideally have led or played a key role in a HRIS implementation. Data savvy with strong technical competence, Excel will be your friend! Pragmatic, adaptable, and proactive – you’ll know how to prioritise what matters most when time is limited, and enjoy working with an awesome group of down to earth professionals.
