This is an opportunity to manage a smaller portfolio of schemes that require a bit of extra love and who can benefit from your extensive prior experience managing more complex schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of approximately 12 schemes
• Prompt follow-up and resolution of inquiries
• Providing superior service and advice to clients
• Issuing notices, problem-solving, dispute resolution & mediation
• Chairing and running OC meetings

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

• Prior experience as a Strata Manager who thrives in an environment where you can apply your learned skills as a true consultant
• Prior extensive experience with remedial works and complex issues including mediation and NCAT
• Class 2 licence
• Superior knowledge of legislation, financial, and procedural requirements
• Superior communication and stakeholder management skills
• Enjoy building relationships and have a pro-active, solutions orientated approach
• Positive & upbeat personality with a good sense of humour who truly enjoys being a Strata Manager
